Planned and coordinated crane pick operations for healthcare facilities requiring the removal and replacement of large medical equipment — including MRI machines, CT scanners, chillers, and rooftop mechanical units. We manage the full scope of the PICRA process including site assessment, structural coordination, crane positioning, and equipment rigging to ensure safe and compliant operations within active or partially occupied medical facilities.
